It is recommended for anyone wishing to stay at the Le Vert Bocage hotel to book in advance. The reservation will only be confirmed once the hotelier has given their approval. Upon reservation, the guest must pay a deposit or provide a credit card number. The hotel accommodation contract is deemed concluded once an agreement is reached between the parties. Reservations made on our website are effective upon the debit of reservation fees. In case of rejection, the hotel may cancel the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date.
The accommodation service is payable no later than on the day of departure. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Eurocard-Mastercard. It is also possible to pay in cash, by bank check, or with ANCV vacation vouchers. In accordance with Article 2102 of the Civil Code, the guest cannot object to the retention of their luggage if they refuse to pay. A valid credit card in the guest’s name will be required as a guarantee. Any extras will be settled with the final bill upon departure. In some cases, the authorization hold may appear as a pending charge on the bank account associated with the card used. In rare cases, the authorization request may result in a debit by the bank before the actual charge is made. In this case, the balance will be automatically credited back to the guest by the bank and may appear as a refund. The room rate is established on a daily basis. Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the guest, subject to legal action for the settlement of their dues. In case of dispute, jurisdiction will be assigned to the Judge of the Civil Court. If the guest cannot provide a valid credit card, we will be unable to fulfill their room rental request.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest, from the credit card provided as a guarantee upon reservation or upon arrival, for any consumption, overnight stays, or extras not paid on the day of departure. The same applies to any offense or damage observed after the guest’s departure; the compensation amount will be debited from the guest’s card. The guest may request an invoice corresponding to these deductions. In case of loss or non-return of the room key at the end of the stay, it will be charged to the guest from the credit card provided as a guarantee upon reservation or upon departure, at a rate of €25 per copy.**
The tourist tax is never included in the reservation price. It is applicable in the municipality and payable on-site. The current rate in 2024 is €1.30 per adult and night.
An unsupervised private outdoor parking is available to our guests. We decline all responsibility in case of loss/theft/damage within the parking area.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM on weekdays / 8:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays until 10:00 AM in the designated breakfast room. If breakfast is not included in your rate, we recommend reserving it the day before by contacting reception. In case of early morning departure, we can provide breakfast upon request. Breakfast is priced at €12 per person per night. Children’s breakfast is priced at €8 per child per night (up to 12 years old).
In case of modification or cancellation of reservation, any guest is required to notify us by email no later than 2 days/48 hours before the arrival date. Failure to notify us by email within the specified deadlines will result in payment as if the guest stayed. Any started rental is due in full. Delays on arrival or early departures cannot under any circumstances lead to a refund.
– In case of cancellation or modification up to 2 days/48 hours before the arrival date, the hotel does not charge any fees,
– In case of late cancellation or modification, the hotel requires 100% of the stay,
– In case of no-show, the hotel requires 100% of the stay and reserves the right to re-rent the room from the following night,
– In case of modification during the stay, the hotel requires 100% of the stay.
Full payment for the stay will be charged at the time of booking, and the reservation cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged. The hotelier has the option to re-rent a room without delay under the following conditions:
– Cancellation by the guest.
– Modification of the reservation by the guest.
– Guest’s non-arrival.
– Error by the guest when making the reservation (dates, quantity of rooms, room type).
A reservation is considered a group booking from 5 reserved rooms, and in this case, special cancellation and modification conditions detailed in the quote apply.
The catering services (breakfast or dinner) included in packages such as overnight stays cannot be modified, refunded, or exchanged. It is the guest’s responsibility to book dinner or breakfast at the establishment. Guest dissatisfaction with the breakfast or dinner schedule cannot result in a refund.
The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the specific conditions and internal regulations of the hotel. Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate termination of the contract. In case of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without any right to demand a refund.
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the option to contact the consumer mediator free of charge, to whom the professional belongs, namely the Tourism and Travel mediator, within one year from the written complaint sent to the professional.
IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE GUEST WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO ASK THE GUEST TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT ANY INDEMNITY.
